The clocks have gone back, the evenings are darker, the mornings are lighter, but we all know where this ends. But winter isn't here yet - even if some Christmas markets have already started up - so let's enjoy the golden colours of Autumn while they are still in force, with a classic wander through the Surrey Hills. The exact routing might yet be influenced by the vagaries of trains, but to a first approximation…
