Join former English National Ballet dancer Alice Crawford for our fortnightly expressive and joyful movement classes for older people and people affected by dementia. Developed over several years through sessions with the Chelsea Pensioners, Alice has crafted a unique programme inspired by dance which aids, maintains and improves joint mobility for older people.
