The Importance of Ponds for Wildlife

Explore the vital role ponds play in supporting wildlife and creating healthy ecosystems. This interactive, discussion-based workshop will look at what a pond needs both in and around the water, from habitat and shelter to planting. We’ll explore aquatic and marginal plants, how to choose the right species, and how thoughtful pond design can support wildlife both in the water and across the wider garden.
