In this Shadow Healing Workshop, we’ll create a safe and supportive space to gently explore these hidden parts of ourselves. Through guided exercises, reflection and healing practices, we’ll begin to recognise where certain patterns may have come from, understand the emotions beneath them and explore what they may be trying to show us. Shadow work isn’t about judging or getting rid of the darker parts of ourselves.…
