Hello One hour longer in bed and 2 hours time on one pose. THIS SUNDAY 25/10/26 at THE OLD CROWN 1 - 4.30pm. Don't worry if you feel a bit under the weather we will spark your creativity and bring you up to speed with 50min short poses of 3-15 minutes, before settling in for a 2h sitting.
