What can you expect? Join us for an evening of deep relaxation, as you lay down and listen to the deep soothing sounds of the gong. We will start with a sage clearing Reiki meditation, using my crystal sound bowls which are tuned to the healing frequencies of the seven chakras. Where you can allow yourself to unwind, heal and take time to love and care for yourself, you deserve it! We welcome everyone to join us…
