We'll start at 10:30am with a gentle walk across the Flats, led by Shukura (@ shucamina ). Along the way there will be a short mindfulness session to help you tune in to your surroundings. As you wander, collect materials that catch your eye, such as leaves, seed heads, feathers and textures, or take photos of the colours, shapes and details you're drawn to.
