Rob da Bank started the Sunday Best parties in a tiny venue the Tearooms Des Artistes on a rundown road in South London in 1994… it quickly became the place to head to on a Sunday whether you wanted to play chess and chat to ya mates or dance on then wooden floorboards to residents like Andrew Weatherall and Harvey… the music policy broke the trance/jungle/house mould in London at the time with an anything goes…
