London Bridge Distillery School launched in 2023 and offers groups of up to 16 people the opportunity to create a bespoke gin recipe. Sessions last around two and a half hours and take place in a space equipped with 16 micro pot stills and a 50-litre central still. The venue accommodates 18 seated guests.
