Victory House French Bistrot & Wine Bar is a boutique hotel with 97 bedrooms and suites. The building, originally erected in 1898 following the design of Walter Emden, retains substantially unaltered Emden's original front except for the ground floor. Silent films are projected around the lift on each floor, whilst black and white portraits of 20th century cinema icons adorn the walls.
