Woodoaks Farm extends to just over 300 acres, comprising arable and pastureland and around 75 acres of semi-natural woodland. The Black Barn is a 16th Century Grade II listed building that forms one of five versatile venues available for private events. The Black Barn Project received £2.5m funding from the National Lottery Heritage Fund.
