The Museum of Comedy was founded on April Fool's Day in 2014. It operates modern performance spaces and a bar, hosting regular shows including the Monday Club for rising comedians. The venue runs annual competitions such as Leicester Square Theatre New Comedian of the Year and Sketch Off, and welcomes established comedians performing work-in-progress shows.
