Cody Dock is a social enterprise and charity formed in November 2009 and registered in April 2011. The 2.5 acre site includes a Docklands Community Boat, cafe, gallery and exhibition space, outdoor classroom, studio spaces, heritage pavilion and industrial heritage archive. Plans are in place for 10 new studios and workshop spaces.
