The Bromley Court Hotel was originally built as a grand home by Charles Long and his wife Amelia Long in the 1800s and converted into a hotel in 1904, originally named the Bromley Hydro Hotel. Owned and operated by the Frenkel family since 1931, the hotel served as a convalescence home for Canadian pilots during World War I and was frequented by RAF pilots during the Battle of Britain in World War II. Prime Minister Harold Macmillan held a cabinet meeting at the hotel in the 1950s.
The Bromley Court Hotel has 24 upcoming events listed, mostly DJ and club nights and immersive experience. Most of its events fall on Fridays and Wednesdays. Tickets are typically around £49. It is 8 minutes' walk from Ravensbourne rail station.
