The studio is on the first floor, where toilets and a coffee shop are also available. There is a free car park although it does get busy on Sunday mornings so please allow time to park in nearby streets (Mead Way or Bourne Vale has free parking space) if necessary. Please wear comfortable clothes that you can move in as we will do a few simple warm-up exercises before sitting in meditation. We will sit on meditation…
