Day retreat with Zazen and discussion. It might be best if you have some meditation experience but come anyway even if you don't and are feeling brave! Or you may want to try one of our shorter Wednesday evening sits in Chiswick first. Please get there before 9.45 so we can show you what to do before we start at 10:00.
